Plano East vs. Allen — November 12, 2025, at the Allen Events Center.
Plenty of rinks are dark and badly lit. This one isn't. The Allen Events Center holds up at the shutter speeds high school hockey demands, and you can see it in these frames.
Shooting through the glass softens everything, so I moved to a higher position at the start of the second period and worked from above the glass the rest of the night.
Plano East is my alma mater, which made this a good night all around.
